I had a laminectomy in August and I can't get daily walking in since returning to work. Was thinking about one of these too. Need someone to move it and set it up though lol I hope your recovery is going well ❤️

@@StevenSteph Its been almost one month since the surgery and all my old pain seems to be gone. I definitely feel like my lower back had been beat up. I think things are going to be great in the end.

Hello. Thank you for your video on this treadmill and hope goes well or has gone well with your surgery 🙏. If you don't mind, can I ask your up to date thoughts to this treadmill. I have eying it for a while but to get feedback from those who currently have one. My primary goal is for getting movement and good brisk walks. No running at all. So any feedback on this I greatly appreciate and if used any hand weights while walking on the treadmill. Again I hope your recovery goes well and appreciate your time!

Thank you for this video, you guys touched on some abilities of the treadmill that other videos didn't show. I'm curious, although maybe it's been too short time to tell and you're in recovery mode (hope all is well). How has is it been after 2 months? The amount of "issue" reviews don't seem bad, especially compared to the negative reviews of the several GoPlus series under desk treadmills that compete with Urevos. Again, hope all is well neighbor (i'm in Canyon Lake).
This something that I need so I'll be able to remain on transplant list.

We just took delivery of one. FYI- the instructions say to lubricate it before you use it for the first time.

I'm considering this for myself and my family. My parents are older and will just be using it to walk and keep a bit active. I would like to use it to Jog. My main concern is the width of this machine and partially also the length however thats less of a concern if you hold the bar. Now that you are nearly a year into this machine, how often do you catch yourself having to look down to make sure ur step is narrow enough to not miss and make contact with the sides which could be dangerous if running at higher speeds. Also how is the stability at higher speeds?

My daughter has an expensive treadmill. It’s internet assessable & she runs or walks with other people. She’s in shape. She has a English Mastiff & Pug she walks too.

Omgoodness. Will send prayers for your surgery. I had cervical spinal surgery years ago and doctor told me to walk walk walk walk. And I did. Still have pain every day but eliminated the possibility of paralysis. Still try to walk but we have cold cold winters. Prayers Love and Peace

@@StevenSteph I’ve had it for over a year and it’s outside of the warranty. I’m 250lbs and the weight limit is 265lbs. Maybe I’m just too much for it?
I had a spinal fusion 15 years ago, it’s the worst thing I’ve ever had in my entire life and I need 3 more discs out because the first fusion brought on degenerate disc disease , please please don’t over do it steve, don’t walk to much because you need the fusion to bed itself, if that’s what your having done of course, if your having hip/knee replacement then the same applies don’t over do it steve because believe me recovery takes a lot longer,

Hi Steve and Steph, well, I got rid of my rowing machine as it was too hard on my knees. I like the looks of this treadmill so I am going to look at it online and probably order one. It looks very easy to assemble, too. Thanks for showing it to us.

So the thing about treadmill is that your Apple Watch doesn't detect your walk since your hand is on the table or bar. Does this walking pad/treadmill have an app that syncs with Apple Health so you can track your step count over time?
I put my watch around my ankle when I walk on a walking pad and it counts the steps

Well I wish you a speedy recovery Steve, but I beg to differ that you cannot really get hurt walking , I went to a Halloween outdoor haunted house and ended up spraining my foot and hurting my heel spur even more still wearing a boot I named Lola will be six weeks on Sunday, but I am accident prone lol 😂.
