@@tejasfinally when I asked about what you used workflow rules, process builders and triggers for and what were the challenges he faced, I was expecting for a real life scenario. I would dig deeper into it but since his experience was never on a real project, understandably he couldn't explain me that. My personal style is to get to know what you know the best and then ask you A to Z from it. We would discuss about that in our next video.
