I don’t think anyone practiced with Geno yet. For that the coaches have been very positive about Geno so far
My take is a young coaching room would be delighted to walk into a room with Geno leading it. Might turn out to be the wrong take, but I really don't think it is. (cb)
@@SeaHawkersPodcast I don’t think Jim harbaugh said for sure Herbert is the starter either. Of course if I put my money on it Herbert is the starter unless injury. I just think the Geno haters wanna find any reason to think he won’t start next season.

The rams traded for a 31 year old Von Miller for a 2nd and 3rd. I think we could get more than you might think for Geno. I'm fully onboard with whatever John and Mike think is best. Enjoy your takes as always, but I think we could be surprised with what we get. Go Hawks!
No doubt, we've been right before and wrong before! I'm just not into draft chips for very known pieces on team friendly deals. But, we'll see!
Hawks need to let Drew walk. That $5m can be better used on the o-line or on the defense. Draft a QB in the mid to late rounds to learn behind Geno.

The “smoke” idea around QB is totally wrong. Remember when Seattle got a generational corner last year with the 5th pick and shocked everyone ESPECIALLY the Lions who were gonna take him with the 6th pick.
They are playing CHESS. You don’t think Grubb and Penix would work? They could be planning to get somebody and want to send everyone hunting down the wrong path.
I think Penix is pretty good. He sure doesn't mind taking the deep shots. Can he learn to progress through reads the way Geno does? Who knows, Geno has about a decade on him time wise.
