I'm desesperate too see him trying a glucometer over 30 days just to measure what food alone is agressive or not. that may help him a lot.

Love your videos! I just find it ironic that I’m watching this video at 3 am, ruining my sleeping schedule, in order to see how to fix my sleep schedule 😂

Hey Max, great video! If I may offer something else to add: grounding / earthing. Probably the most important thing you could do for your health generally. You plug a special adapter into the wall socket which only conducts to the ground wire. Then you run a cord, preferably to an electrode (sticky conductive patch) to the K1 point on the sole of your foot. What it does: electrons (negative charge) from the earth are absorbed everywhere in the body where there's inflammation (positive charge), effectively neutralizing it. Not only is inflammation responsible for basically all chronic diseases, but it also affects cortisol (thus leading to poor sleep) and brain functions (leading to poor performance). By grounding as much as possible, over time you achieve a peak state of health. Well worth your time if you want to research this (plenty of studies done) and invest into it (very minimally). Better sleep is probably the most common thing people report when sleeping grounded. Look for the Earthing Movie here on UA-cam to get a good idea of what's involved. Anyway, love your commitment to efficiency and investing in yourself! Makes me feel less guilty for striving to do the same. Take it easy!

Hahaha! I have always used a black T-Shirt as a eye mask too! Now I use a special type of eye mask and on nights when that gets annoying I use the T-Shirt. Just ordered an Oura Ring and can’t wait to start using it. Love your challenge! Looking forward to reading that book you mentioned too and getting better sleep :)

I need that memory foam pillow!!! Hope you had a GREAT birthday even if you got bad sleep! I think you and I both learned the same things about optimizing your sleep time prior. Traveling could have affected my sleep but thankfully I went into this challenge with a plan! Great video! I knew you would have some sweet tech gear!

I think the stretching video will have a break through. It's the meta now to stretch. It's more and more common among bodybuilding community as well. It's an interesting subject, and myself looking forward for it. I have back pain I struggle with currently.

Yes exactly BUT Good sleep is good is subjective and correlates with rejuvenation ie do you wake feeling alive or as if ....this is how you know you can sleep up to 8 hours and enetr sleep cycles but the circadian rhythm are out the bodies repair system sub-optimal etc and you have slept but it is poor sleep, you can sleep very high quality 2-3 hours and wow !
