I do not think that the list was surprising, as you chose the best known cities and the biggest holiday regions. However, as I live in the north of Europe, and in view of the temperatures rising everywhere, I personally would choose a place in the north of spain like Vigo, Oviedo, gijon, Santander, Pais Basque, where there are less tourists, and the temperatures are more bearable 🙂

I enjoyed this video. However your video screen behind you is sputtering because your frame rate on the camera you’re using is set to a different rate than the video screen which makes it very distracting.
That being said, we traveled to Barcelona this past summer and fell in love with it. The food, the atmosphere, the beautiful architecture and the people made a vacation to remember.
We went to Lisbon, Portugal after and were not as impressed with it as we had hoped. It looked dirty and rundown and there was construction going on everywhere to accommodate the expats moving there.

I would not recommend to move to Spain, but if you do, then Northern Spain is the place, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria or Basque Country.
Portugal may be a better choice, but if you don't care about distances and don´t care about the EU and looking for a safe place with low crime, no cheap drunk tourism, great healthcare, good infrastructure, cheap rental, cheap services and food, good weather all year round, beaches and islands and a good connection hub to travel all around Asia, then KL in Malaysia hands down, but you´ll need to comply with all the retirement visa requirements.

"Investors" mis cojones... Gente que viene a España a reventar los precios de las viviendas no son inversores. Inversor es el que viene a montar una empresa, lo demás es intentar comprar más barato.
Además, de los que vienen, observando mínimamente te das cuenta de que casi ninguno se adapta y solo están en esas zonas por el sol y los precios más baratos que en el norte de Europa.

This company is misleading, they bother making an informative video like this, offer their services and invite you to their website or an "assessment call" but the moment you get to their website, they ask you a series of questions (some of them are clearly to see if you are someone they should be bother with or not) If your answers reflect you're not a client they will make profit out of, you get practically ghosted. Disgusting.

      Hi Wayne,
You don't need a tourist license in Mallorca to list your property on Airbnb as long as the purpose of the stay is not of touristic nature and you are using a seasonal rental contract.
There are 3 types of rental contracts in Mallorca: short term rental (you need license), seasonal rental & long term rental.
I would strongly recommend you to seek professional advice or at least take some time to read the LAU (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) before speaking with such arrogance.

Investing in Spain Airbnb properties has been a lucrative venture for me. 🏡💰 It's like having your own mini-hotel empire that generates passive income month after month. By carefully selecting the right locations and providing top-notch hospitality, my Airbnb investments have consistently outperformed traditional real estate. 💼😊. I wasn't financially free until my 40s, and I'm still in my 40s. I've bought my second house, earn on a monthly basis through passive income, and achieved 3 out of 5 goals. okay Vic, so generally speaking, investing calls for more knowledge. For this reason, it's crucial to have a strong support system (financial advisor) to lead you through, particularly while choosing assets. I work with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) a registered wealth manager and investment advisor. For the record, it has been the best experience for my finances. You may have heard of her because of how well-known her services are.
