The whole world is dealing with problems similar to Spain's. It's hard to feel sympathetic.

It appears that spain has two problems that must be addressed. The tourist ships must be reduced 1st. Second, spain must develop more communities outside the city centers that are well connected to the main city. These communities must be very well thought out. They must have beautiful parks, restaurants and good infrastructure. They must be so appealing that Spaniards want to live there. The Spaniards are wonderful people, and I hope the government responds quickly to this crisis. Thank you, one of spains biggest fans from the USA.❤

A mi me afecta directamente este aspecto. Me abrieron una VV justo debajo de mi piso y todos los dias me cago en todos sus muertos. Vienen de aquellos animales de gente que no se los deseo ni a mi peor enemigo. Parecen salidos de la jungla. Entiendo que el dueño, un ruso hijo de la gran puta, lo está alquilando por 20 eu al dia, porque vienen los peores muertos de hambre de vacaciones que se portan de la manera más desagradable posible. Llevo ya un año con ese cambio de vida y si, hasta en mi wifi puse "Tourists fuck off" para que asi, cuando busquen la wifi del piso vacacional, se enteren de como la pensamos de sus presencia. Me dirás... habla con el presidente o el administrador... pues estan metido en el ajo los dos, asi que les dan prioridad a sus negocios antes que a los propietarios. Lo unico que nos toca es esperar que les de algun aneurisma cerebral para poder deshacernos de ellos.

I do think its rather shortsighted and aggressive to shout/spray water at tourists. It certainly made me pause re visiting Minorca. People throughout history always look for easy scapegoats, and the "other" here are foreigners who just want to visit, enjoy and spend money in Spain in what is a legally prescribed manner.

From what You say, Spain is far from perfect, safe or truthful country. Sounds very dangerous, fatal and worrying. But that is maybe marketing trick.

This company is misleading, they bother making an informative video like this, offer their services and invite you to their website or an "assessment call" but the moment you get to their website, they ask you a series of questions (some of them are clearly to see if you are someone they should be bother with or not) If your answers reflect you're not a client they will make profit out of, you get practically ghosted. Disgusting.

Hello, I would like to start by saying that I can't recommend this company due to the way I was treated by it's CEO. I had the 'pleasure' to interact with this gentleman due to a sale that he is processing on behalf of the buyer and I would like to state that my personal experience is that he has a serious ethic's problem. I don't want to get into too many details but long story short I was asked to extend the sale date with a few weeks, which I agreed but I specifically wrote in my email I will need 1 or 2 weeks to collect my personal belongings and clear the apartment, after the signing date. I did not received a reply to my email but giving the fact that I received a new contract , with the new sale date that I was asked to extend ,to which I agreed in the email that I mentioned, I assumed that my request was passed to the buyer. To be told now (2 months later and less than 3 weeks from the sale date) that I can't have the time , not even 1 week to clear the place and arrange for my goods to be taken away. I also want to mention that this gentleman also knows that I don't leave in Spain so I have to arrange for everything to be sent outside the country and I can't really organise everything in 1-2 days and as I have a newborn of 2 weeks I can't leave much in advance of the sale date as I have to support my wife. The answer that this gentlman gave me, and I quote: 'you are not paying me , why do I care about your problems ?' . I explained to him that I have specifically wrote the request in my email , which he received, to which he replied that if it's not in the contract , that is it and then when I told him that he did not do his job properly to inform the buyer of my request he just hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I am the kind of person that still thinks that we can function in this world without always checking the fine print in a contract and the word of a person should be suficient. Obviously I was wrong. Again, based on my interaction with this person, the way that he spoke to me and treated me,seems that he is only interested in money and not actually providing a full profesional service. Mr Oscar, if you ever read this, please do better next time.
