When I first made this channel it was exclusively budget-themed, so the idea was I reduced the cost of MTG. I still do a lot of budget-focused content but Arena also let's me play stuff like this. :)

I think so! I don't have a sideboard, but the deck could probably shift between aggro and midrange using the sideboard. :)
