I woukd like to see a karma system back in place. And more factions and groups and be able to earn favour with, or to antagonise them. Also keep settlements, that's the only thing fallout 4 brought to the game.
It'd be cool if you could deceive factions and start wars (ex: wearing a outfit of a faction and causing chaos for another faction and resulting in a war)
Being in line with the lore stopped mattering a long time ago! If you look at the concept art for FNV, the legion did have transport. Cars converted to look like Roman chariots. However, due to the 18 month timeframe, they weren’t able to implement it. Agree about the serial killer questline. Something claustrophobic almost Christie like in And Then There Were Fewer. Where members of the part get done in and you have to figure out who it is. Myself, I’d like to see the karma system return and the chance to really play as an evil character. Not the half hearted effort Bethesda made at it in F3 or the sarcastic jackass you can be in F4. Quest lines that are interwoven. Actions taken in the BOS line for example changing the direction of the main quest.
1. Mix of dense urban and rural 2. Settlers that wear power armor if you equip them 3. More settlement build options 4. Keep survival mode. But also keep travel options like via air 5. Multiple factions like 4 that you can join anytime to play a double agent role 6. Robot building and tasking with patrols 7. Expand settlements to vaults and other options underground 8. Solar charged vehicle. You can acquire/build and charge at each settlement especially for survival mode 9. Basically expand on survival mode mechanics because roll playing special ops is sooo much fun 10. Def keep the swim perk options
I would like to see the settlements actually be able to take care of them selves. Even with 30-40 defense and good weapons/armor on all, you still have to hold their hand against a handful of raiders, carrying unupgraded pipe guns and other crap.
A motorcycle with a sidecar for your companions. And weapons that can be upgraded at the workbench’s with unique effect like explosive bullets, or knee caper
all i want to see is a game in Texas. I see a lot of BOS influence there, andi. Think mixing that super futurism with a kind of western outlaw gig would be sick. New Vegas did that well, but Texas just has so much potential wirh all the history and culture, especially like an Alamo setting.
I like the voiced protagonist, it would be nice to have a full text box so can see what the character says before they say it. I say make it option. Have voice actors still record the lines, then let the player choose if they want a voiced or silent character.
There are some things I would like to see in a future Fallout, but the first ones that come to mind are: -reintroduce the karma system, with related rewards and dangers and access to areas of the game, or to information; -bring back the reputation with the factions, as it was in New Vegas; -write a sensible plot, because after Fallout 4 I have a lot of doubts; -I would like the next chapter to be set in an area never explored before and, above all, a few years after the bombs fell, since I find it hard to believe that in 200 years civilization hasn't reassembled and everyone is living in established settlements of rubble and debris.
@@AurbisYT I hypothesize that they wanted to create a more accessible experience for everyone, after all Bethesda had already done this in the transition from Oblivion to Skyrim, to the detriment of the depth and, last but not least, the replayability of a title.
I don't mind the voiced protagonist, but I would like the dialog selection boxes from older Fallout games to come back. It would be nice to know what my character will actually be saying when I make my choice.
@AurbisYT when it's like a two or three word prompt, it's hard to predict what he's actually going to say. I was quick saving mid conversations constantly. Also some of the "sarcastic" options are just straight up MEAN. Like, just tell me what I'm actually gonna say lol
I really just want an overhaul of better quests, better settlements (as in like Dimond city), and just more things we can do since fallout 4 was made 10 years ago and now we have better Technologies. Also give us some good dlc. There should be a lot of content for the workshop dlcs.
I don't see people say this very often, but I really want the Power Armor system from Fallout 4 and 76 to keep returning. Sure, maybe the Fusion Core and all that is tedious, but it actually adds something unique into using your Power Armor.
Not sure about everything else, but in terms of serial killer quests, there is one in fallout 4's Far harbor DLC where you take the place of a detective in a robot run vault to solve a murder (I think the overseer) Still sucks it's only in a DLC
These are insignificant details about a game - individual features which doesn't mean anything on their own. You need an engaging story with well written characters, a satisfying and fun gameplay, and a framework which support these with nice graphics, good music and appropriate sound effects. Try Fallout London - you won't have a Fallout 5 anytime soon.
All those things you mentioned are things that are obvious as to something that are NEEDED in the game. I wanted to focus on smaller “insignificant” things.
I think Fallout 76 should have been made however I think it would have been a better idea for Bethesda to get a different development team to make the game and they just publish it like they did with New Vegas and ESO. That way the main team can focus on ES6 and Fallout 5 and also the game probably would have released in a better way.

Karma system returning would be good for sure

@@Z-Lanee yes it certainly would be great if that could happen. I hope Bethesda gets some new creative talent in before releasing anymore games.
i never liked the karma system because it told you what was good and bad and that kinda takes away my emersion

Yeah you have made some good points. Someone else has mentioned the karma system and I think it would be a great idea to bring it back for sure.

Yeah I agree, having to manually give settlers the upgraded weapons is so tedious.

just got into fallout so im hoping for the best with fallout 5 within the next decade...

Zetan being the main antagonists.
Valid
I want fallout 5 to be able to travel to all other fallout locations like new Vegas washington enerything
That would be pretty ambitious for sure
I went the enclave back in fallout 5 and rise up the rank of
General
Valid
All of these what you said is literally what i was thinking as well!!
Great minds think alike :) thank you for watching!

Honestly I don’t mind it and I don’t think it’s too much of a hassle getting fusion cores. Thank you for watching :)
I desperately want to see some clean locations. No rubble or trash, just a town that has been constructed from nothing.
That would be interesting for sure.

i want raider gangs to ride around in mad max type cars, imagine if one pulls up on you

I just hope it’s worth the wait
Me too
I would like to see more realistic and modern guns. The guns in Fallout 4 give me a headache.
I agree, the assault rifle and pipe guns from fallout 4 are whack
Coming soon in 2077
Time will go quick aha
Bring back karma !
I agree
Can’t you drive a car in fallout 2
Yea you can but you can't really drive it its a mode of fast travel in fallout 2.
Yeah I have only ever watched a playthrough of fallout 2 and that was a few years ago, I think it’s called the Highwayman.
they shouldve made fo5 not fo76
Agreed, at the most the new fallout should be co-op definitely not multi-player

women
I hope they don't add those to Fallout 5 because they scare me.
