Great tutorial! I am not a jewellery designer so please excuse me for asking this: in the end product the end part of the 1st and 6th S-shape setting at the top of the ring does not really blend with the bottom circle part of the ring. It is like these end points are sticking out. Is this normal? Thank you
this is only the design choice. You can always make it blend better.

How do you ensure that these are accurate dimensions for a jeweler to set stones in a 3d printed/cast ring?
if you have exact stone sizes, you need to make sure that the stone will fit plus your printer shinkage rate.

Hello, why does't it work when I try to cap the S shape?
I tried a lot but the command does nothing when I tap -enter -
you may want to double check the surface you want to cap. CAP command only work when the surface is flat.

4:27 curve from 2view not working...its saying curve is not planber plz define the extrusion direction
Your curve may not be flat. You can use ProjectToCplane to make it flat first.
