OK, so that's great if the employee is already pre-assigned to the project or whatever, but what about if they weren't and you allowed her to pick her own projects? I'm having a similar problem where a user is making an action that wasn't already pre-assigned to them and I cant figure out how to make softr TELL airtable "hey, THIS user accepted this project". this is very frustrating.
Projects and employees should be linked in Airtable. Build a block in Softr that shows the unassigned projects to all users. Then allow them to pick up a project by linking their user in an automation or record edit. Then in a separate Softr block, show users their current projects that they've accepted/linked to.
