Do you think 1 light would be decent for a 40 gallon breeder for a while ? I plan on getting a second one later down the road but gotta budget somewhat lmfaooo
As long as the majority of the coral is underneath the light it should be fine. Just make sure the light is high enough that it spreads the whole tank. You might find that it won’t reach the ends of the tank though. I have a Reefer 350 and I’m looking to put a 3rd light on there. One light covers around 2/3 of my tank fairly well so you should be fine for a short time.
