♏️ Tips for Scorpios: Yes, like Barbara said, if life feels stagnant a very good ritual to clear that energy that I have seen work wonders is to 1) rearrange furniture in your home. One room or all, doesn’t matter. It shifts the energy and can reset you and get energy moving through your life again. 2) Getting a new haircut. 3) Visualization is also a great way to cleanse energetically and remove stagnant, pent up energy. When I walk the track in my gym I envision walking through walls of rain falling (cleansing) in intervals, then I switch it to walking through walls of fire (alchemizing) and lastly a wall of rainbow rays. I get very detailed with it too. I imagine the rain saturating my clothes and hair, the fire not harming me but smoke rolling off me as I walk through and the rainbow rays penetrating every chakra and lighting me up. This exercise is probably all about rebalancing my chakras but I never learned this from anywhere, I just started doing it one day and it feels amazing. I find exercise itself is a process of alchemizing too! If you are a Scorpio, self care and exercise are crucial to your wellbeing. Hope this helps in some way ❤ 😊 Team Scorpio! 🎉

You’re right, I’ve been sexualized for “no reason” my whole life and I never understood why. I have a food addiction that has helped me in 2 ways… First, Consciously It soothes my “need” for addiction. (I could be addicted to waaaaay worse things than food). Secondly, Subconsciously I think my mind is attracted to the “food addiction” because I will gain weight. So in a way the food creates an outer shell of “fat” that “protects” me from being sexualized so much.
I know that I’m able to transform because I feel that transformative energy inside of me but navigating gets heavy sometimes. I feel the stagnation for sure. The energy is stuck in my lower pelvis and around to my lower back. I just need to find a way to push that energy out and channel it elsewhere and I’ll be good lol lol. Sorry for the novel lol

Wonderful video. I was pretty aware of a lot of the info however I also learned some new things too 😊 I now know why I have done this weird pose for years when I stand near a counter and have to be there for a while. I will stand on one leg and take my other leg and put it up on the counter on its side and fold in front of me lol hopefully that made sense. It feels like I yoga pose or something but I’ve done it for years and never knew why other than it was just very comfortable. I don’t do yoga but I probably should. I actually cry and emotionally purge during exercise lol It feels so good I don’t care who sees me. Crying during or after consensual and loving sex is the same thing happening as well.
