- Chopped off the mufflers a few days ago, a few people have asked what a cold start sounded like.

They do sound good! I'm thinking of deleting the resonator too on mine.

@@ryanleggott2716I own early 2014 s80 d4, and personally it is way more reliable than Hyundai or the genesis. I have rode allot of hyundai and also driven 2009 genesis and these seats are crap. They just get deformed too much.

Any interior drone?? (especially on highways)
Nothing noticable. The car is very well insulated from sound. At about 75 MPH you start to hear drone, but its quieter than the wind noise.
If you have your music on you will never hear it (unless you get on the throttle)
Did you cut just the rear mufflers or all 3?
Just the rear mufflers. The 4 catalytic converters and the 2 mid mufflers are still there.
ryan leggott Did you have someone make custom pipes or did you find some aftermarket parts to replace the mufflers?

@@ryanleggott2716lol it’s fine. I’ve moved on from my Volvo kick. I had waaaaaay to many issues. I couldn’t afford to keep them in the shop! Thanks for the reply.
@@6lastresort Yes, my Volvo has given me way more problems than i bargained for. I'm thinking of getting an ISF right now, but i may go back to the good old days and get myself another mustang.
