We have main offices in Germany and nearshore in Romania. We have been very successful so far in building developer teams in Romania. The english level is great so communication is no issue at all and the pricing is also competitive. A bit mor expensive than Asia or Africa, but the cultural similarities are significant and an advantage, compared to Asia or Africa. So we find it ok to pay a couple of bucks more to have closer time zones and cultural similarity.
