The same happened to me at BMW Ranchi. The DP charges are completely baseless. I wrote multiple mails to BMW India and no response till today. So finally I dropped the plan to own BMW. They are cheating innocent customers just like anything. Handling charges are completely illegal as stated by Supreme Court. Still most of the dealers charge customers for handling. Since you have a channel, I would request you to make a video on handling charges too. I really appreciate you for letting other people know about your bitter experience

मेरे पास Pulsar150 dual disc है, 1महीने पहले मैं इंदौर के एक service center पे उसका 4th servicing (paid) करवाने गया.... गाड़ी में कोई खराबी नहीं थी, सिर्फ एक साल ही हुए गाड़ी लिए को.... फिर भी उन्होंने 1200+ का bill बनाया। मेरे पहचान का एक भाई जो मेरे शहर में bajaj showroom पर ही काम करता है मैंने ये बात तुरन्त उसको बताई.... तो उसने वहां कॉल पर उन लोगों से बात की.... और फिर जो हुए वो अविश्वसनीय था‼️ बाइक का #bill सीधा आधे से भी कम हो गया😂😂 क्योंकि जिस भाई से मैंने बात कराई वो भी bajaj showroom में अच्छी post पर है और उसने इन लोगों की अक्ल ठिकाने लगा दी, और सही price भी⚡

Sir i work in National Insurance Co Ltd and i always recommend to buy insurance not from showroom rather from some stand alone insurance company specially PSU coz they r not profiteers. From psu u will get 40-50% discount on OwnDamage portion which otherwise no private insurer provide.
I was planning to buy benelli trk but after checking its service cost which was around 5k I purchased mojo. 5k per service cost is higher than most of 4 wheeler service cost in India. Out of 5k 3500 was labour charge which is useless. Before purchasing any foreign brand vehicle we must thoroughly check its service cost. Now my mojo gets easily serviced within 2500 which I think is decent.

Bro I was all set to get BMW 310 GS...but at the last moment changed to Husqvarna Svartpilen... And man I am so happy... I have since spent more than 1lac on my Svarty to customize it at per my taste and riding style... And I can safely say I own the most loaded husky in India today ❤️

Dear, Don't blame BMW for the issue you have faced. Showroom guys are the main culprit. BMW never force their customer to get the service done from the showroom / showroom subsidaries. You can avail service from a genuine local service center in your area. So don't spend a whooping amount to only get service from their service center.

Its the cost of BMW logo. Even I was trying to book BMWG310 GS the sales rep were asking for 11,000 for the DP charges which they later removed on my request but those were so shady in their business communication with me I dropped the idea of buying the bike. I then went on and got KTM 390 adventure for my self, an another Adventure bike. My first and second service costed me around 4500 in total combined. It was best value for the money, more power in the bike at the same price. I really feel for you as they completely ruined your buying experience.

@@kkkkkkk6406 Honestly speaking, the bike I ride is value for money. The spares are not costly and easy to replace in case of broke during fall or so. Duke 390 is one hell of a bike in its price segment and definitely worth giving it a shot. You must ride it on for few KMS before you make up your mind to go for it. My options were 390 Adventure for the reason I was looking for something taller and bigger to squeeze between the legs. I rode Duke to but it was very compact and small for me. So I went with ADV390. But as I said you can definitely give the D390 a try. It won’t disappoint you and for near future I don’t think you will feel the need for an upgrade. It feels the empty space very well for an upgrade. See ya

Rather spreading negative shit out here it's sensible to go to consumer court to resolve the issue but you know some people have habit of doing this negativity for silly reason

It is compulsory .....one time insurance for 5 years.

I was planning to buy benelli trk but after checking its service cost which was around 5k I purchased mojo. 5k per service cost is higher than most of 4 wheeler service cost in India. Out of 5k 3500 was labour charge which is useless. Before purchasing any foreign brand vehicle we must thoroughly check its service cost. Now my mojo gets easily serviced within 2500 which I think is decent.
I know your final destination on this would be consumer court. Best of luck. Requesting u to not leave these cheaters so easily.

Dear, Don't blame BMW for the issue you have faced. Showroom guys are the main culprit. BMW never force their customer to get the service done from the showroom / showroom subsidaries. You can avail service from a genuine local service center in your area. So don't spend a whooping amount to only get service from their service center.

Its the cost of BMW logo. Even I was trying to book BMWG310 GS the sales rep were asking for 11,000 for the DP charges which they later removed on my request but those were so shady in their business communication with me I dropped the idea of buying the bike. I then went on and got KTM 390 adventure for my self, an another Adventure bike. My first and second service costed me around 4500 in total combined. It was best value for the money, more power in the bike at the same price. I really feel for you as they completely ruined your buying experience.

@@kkkkkkk6406 Honestly speaking, the bike I ride is value for money. The spares are not costly and easy to replace in case of broke during fall or so. Duke 390 is one hell of a bike in its price segment and definitely worth giving it a shot. You must ride it on for few KMS before you make up your mind to go for it. My options were 390 Adventure for the reason I was looking for something taller and bigger to squeeze between the legs. I rode Duke to but it was very compact and small for me. So I went with ADV390. But as I said you can definitely give the D390 a try. It won’t disappoint you and for near future I don’t think you will feel the need for an upgrade. It feels the empty space very well for an upgrade. See ya
