With Premiere Pro's rating features, you can just look at your footage and then give each clip a rating of up to five stars.
To do this, just look in the project panel for the metadata column named "rating". If you don't have this column, right-click on the title row and choose "Metadata Display". Then make sure that in the section "Basic" the option "Rating" is enabled. Then you can rate a clip by simply clicking on the stars.
Now with the Automation Blocks tool "Move Clips to Sub-bins based on Rating" you can just select the clips, run the tool and now all these clips are sorted into bins based on their rating.
If you later change the rating of some clips, you can simply select the clips again, and run the tool a second time to update the sorting.
That's how easy it is to sort clips based on their rating with Automation Blocks. Note that Automation Blocks comes with a ton of other ready to use tools, too. If you want to create a deep duplicate of a sequence, for example, which duplicates all nested sequences, too, just search for "duplicate" in the Automation Blocks library and you immediately find a tool for exactly that job. But this is something I will show you in a separate tutorial.
