For a CB i cant remember another as good as attacking as Schar. Can absolutely welly them but has good positional awarness. Most under rated CB in the league.

I think the reason for the little errors is one of 2 things. Either your secretly excited at how good we could be, or your terrified at how good we could be. And to be fair to Matty Targett, he hasn't been on the field for more than 30 minutes in a year
We are also after Lloyd Kelly, these two are both free and would be amazing. This would free up for other positions. Tonali would free up Bruno.

I'm honestly not sure if Newcastle do need a DM to unleash Bruno. Everyone seems to forget that they have Tonali. Tonali next season will have had a full year of training with the team, a full year without us seeing much of what he's capable of and I fully expect him and Bruno to be swapping between 6 and 8 frequently mid-game to offer something different.
I don't think Newcastle will get money for Dan Ashworth. It's not that Newcastle aren't willing to come down on the price, it's that that spoiled brat wont offer near a fair price and refuses to negotiate, still offering half of what Newcastle paid to end his gardening leave. Really shows what Ratcliff thinks of his friend, the so-called best sporting director, if he's not willing to back it up with the cash.

I pray this is true, but strangely his stats match exactly the B-Mouth CB we have just signed on a Free… if we land both it will be top marks on three points

Squad needs lightening as a priority. Hendricks wages have been hoovered up by the new Joelinton contract. Diomande plays on the right (I think) so Tosin would be a Premier League proven option on a free - massive saving. Kelly on paper is another but injury prone (hip?). Botman's ACL means he won't be ready till end of the year so perhaps more of a gamble.
Just wish Alice would get so frustrated at Man U that She swaps support to what is surely Her second choice. I would welcome Her all day long.

The Adidas deal itself is understood to be worth around £30m a year, which is a huge uplift on the disappointing £5m a year Castore deal that ends this summer.
But it is also linked in to achieving champion league qualification.
So I’m reality could be much less, it’s all dependent on how successful we become 😮

if we sold isak this summer i would be furious, i think the owners wouldnt do it either, we may need to raise funds but there is a lot of dead wood we need out before selling one of our key players, also players coming into their twilight years that may need moving on before they lose too much value, we would be making a huge step back if we sold players like isak or bruno, they are players we need to build around

Free transfer still makes it massively economical though. E.g. if his market value is £15m, over a 5-year contract that equals £58k per week, that we're saving and can boost his salary to attract him. So if his deserved salary is £80k/week, that's still a saving of £38k/week (or £10m lump sum).
