I think that Alice needs to start doing a series of videos on *"really bad players"* that would never get into a Div 1 side, let alone any Championship or Premier League side.

Chelsea don't have scouts like other teams do. Instead, they have masses of people sat in front of PC's watching the internet and writing down the names of players that may be a someone of interest for the top 10 Premier League clubs ;-))...
Once they have a list and a player gets noted on that list 500+ times, they make a bid for him that's way above market value. Hence they don't have a football team of 11 players playing as a team, but 11 players who are playing as individuals.

I feel like Joao Neves is the closest thing we’ve got to N’golo Kanté. (Not saying he’s anywhere near as good)
But in terms of his technical ability, being a strong (aerial and ground) duel winner despite his height and scanning the play well being in the right position every single time, energetic player pressing for 90 minutes without looking tired.
Still an unfinished product, the price is insane though. I’d say anything around €70-80m is a good deal, anything above €100m is crazy

You guys know that Olise was part of our academy, right? And his brother Richard is still with us. You guys also know that we almost signed Olise last year, right?
