Hello, many thanks for your request. Please see the requested list of parts below: - TAURUS 21 rims ( 32 holes ) - SON dynamo hub 28/15mm - SON Edellux II front light - SON backlight Please let us know if there are anymore queries. We would be happy to assist. Best regards
Great job! Thanks 4 sharing! How long did it take start to finish? Also, can u please explain me why we don't find trekking/touring bikes w suspension forks? I don't get it. Thanks
hello, it took us about 5 hours to set up the bike. This type of carrier is all about durability and reliability. a suspension fork can break on a long journey. it also saves you weight
Nice bike, I have on as well. I notice that you are not using the standard racks, any particular reason? Also, the handlebar, it is not standard and it has a slight rise to it because of the small curve in the middle. Do you find it better to ride with that over drop bars with no curve to them. Also, the seatpost looks to be not standard. Any gains there? On mine, I swapped the saddle for a Brooks Flyer, have double wrapped the bars with an exterior Brooks bartape, fit a short adjustable stem, swapped the 11-36 cassette for an 11-42 to be a better climber. It is a fantastic bike and a great all rounder.
There are no 29 inch wheels. The rims on any modern bike are 27.5 or 28 inches. 29 inch is used colloquially to describe the larger outer diameter when using plus tires, due to their high flanks. So the G-ones will fit a gravel build very nicely, and would also fit on a MTB designated as a "29er".
Please let me know which exact crankset you have chosen for this build. In my 2021 920 the poor Pro Wheels 40/26 was spec'd, as Trek couldn't get the Sram S1000 crank anymore. I tried for the recent Rival 2x crankset, but the 45mm chainline won't fit the chainstays....
Dream Bike.. hope i get one ❤
A man with back problems, in his 70s, bought this bike. I mean holy shit at that stem angle and all of those spacers
Very nice bike~ So cool~
The only thing missing is a proper kickstand and a chainring cover preventing ripped pants, other than this this bike would be my dreambike
Lovely!
A list of custom components would be nice, i'm very interested in the wheels with the son dynamo-hub

Hey Dirk, we take the SKS Blumes Fender.

We have installed all parts on customer request. The Handelbar for more comfort and the racks for more weight.
Have fun with this nice bike. ✌️
Fantastic!
I just order the new 2021 and I’m thinking for some upgrade...
Can I have some specs?
Thanks!
Hi Andrea, we don‘t release the list of the parts included here. Many thanks for your understanding. 🙏🏼
Really nice! Art! Can you tell me the make and model of the front and rear lights?
Thanks, front light SON EDELUX2 and rear SON for Rack. 👌🏻
Really nice. Could you tell me the name of groupset ?
Thanks. Is a mix of SRAM Force. But the front derailleur and the crankset is SRAM S2200 OEM!
🤤 🤤 🤤
Damn, Man, tell me where can I get that frame in size 52 in Germany or whereever and i will send you my homemade craft beer
Hey André, please send me a mail at strausberg@s3velo.de and we see what is possible. Best regards Jochen ✌️
I'm not expecting an answer, but what exactly is the model of the mud fenders (I m looking some for my 920 ^^) ?
SKS EDGE AL. ✌️
Which front rack did you use?
I was watching, and went like, well, great minds do think alike. I got the same fenders, and they're great on the 920.
This is a Custom Tubus Grand Expedition.
Bit the fit is better by the Original Trek Rack;)✌️
Music - Dylan cifuentes - cifu's
May I ask what tire brand is that ?
Which exact tyres did you use? Schwalbe G - One, but which size? Aren't those 29inch wheels?

Rotor Vegas with wide Axle is perfect or a old sram mtb Crankset. kind regards

the frame design is beautiful
but the price :(

I would not recommend using pvc isolation type on your handle wrapping.
Hi Alfonso, many thanks for your comment: the isolation type has been chosen by the customer. Best regards
