I just got off the phone with Greeworks support. They are sending me a replacement and told me to keep the original for parts. I'm in Ohio. Although I think the result is fantastic, actually getting to talk to somebody was interesting. My first call I was on hold for about 20-30 minutes and then was asked to give a call back number. They called back five hours later, after I had left home and was at work. I didn't think taking the chainsaw into the office was a good idea so I was unable to go through their troubleshooting steps. The next day I called as soon as their call center opened and waited about 15 minutes until I got somebody.
I’ve had my saw for a week and went to test it out on a tree that fell down in the recent hurricane. Stopped working after 4-5 cuts. Battery is charged, chainsaw has plenty of oil, but it now doesn’t run. So annoying. Hopefully, I’ll get a replacement ASAP.
Mine quit working as well. Just clicks. Wish there was some way to get it working without replacement but looks like I'll have to contact them for warranty replacement.
Was on hold with green work warranty line for an hour and 15 minutes (got screenshot), still no one picked up. Guess Greenworks Canada is nicer than US

I'm not sure, I hope they help you in the U.S.
Disappointing they didn't fix your saw...... just kidding. Can't ask for better service than replacing your broken tool.
Yes it was nice of them to replace it with no hassle.
