PFD Engine 238 & Snorkel 28 Responding (Q and Horn)

Philadelphia Fire Department Engine 238 and Snorkel 28 Responding to a reported dwelling fire. Engine 36 handled alone. Engine 238 was serving as E36. Engine 238 is a 1996 KME and Snorkel 28 is a 1997 KME.
