Great story! Used to travel a lot too but got tired of traveling alone. Now I’m without work in China thanks to strict, new government laws which forced my school to close. In case I’m forced to leave China, I’ve been researching the best places to live. I’ve always loved Indian food and music but I’ve heard that India is too crowded and dirty. Wondering if there are places that are the opposite yet offer opportunities for foreigners. Any advice? Thank you!

Dirty depends on where you are staying. If you are going to start your school in slums or ghettos you would find it to be dirty as hell, but in the major cities or anything you wouldn't have the problem.
But the major thing to be considered is the pollution which is fairly less in the mountains or the remote places

Draga Catalina, trebuie ca noi, romanii, sa ne prezentam tara intr-un fel diferit de stereotipurile occidentale care au aparut si s-au propagat (si pe care se pare ca ni le-am insusit intr-un mod atit de nefast) pe fondul antagonismului celor doua sisteme in timpul razboiului rece. Asa stind lucrurile, si judecind strict dintr-o perspectiva europeana, Romania nu este nici pe departe o tara foarte mica (asa dupa cum spuneai in interviu) - gindindu-ne la suprafata si la populatia tarii , cel putin prin comparatie cu tarile imediat invecinate - ci este mai degraba o tara de marime medie. In ce priveste pozitionarea geografica in Europa, Romania este mai degraba o tara central europeana si nu est-europeana. Romania ar fi putut fi, geografic vorbind, o tara est-europeana daca Europa s-ar fi terminat la Marea Neagra...! Dar cum Europa se intinde pina la Muntii Urali, asta face ca, de fapt, Romania sa se afle aproape egal departata de Muntii Urali la Est si de Oceanul Atlantic la Vest de aici rezultind o pozitie geografica mai degraba central europeana a Romaniei.
In fact more, somewhere in Ukraine there is a monument that denotes the geographical center of the European continent. I visited it when I was 11 years old.
So by saying that Romania (or Poland, Czechia, Latvia, etc,) are Eastern European is like saying that Texas is in New England.
