  • Introducing the Canon New FD 28mm F2.8 wide angle prime lens.
An unintentional acquisition having submitted a low auction bid of US$21 and winning!
Initial test results surpassed expectations and raised the question as to whether a cheap lens can be used to create good photos?
Examples provided from recent travel to Thailand and include images taken within the Queens Theatre projector room (the theatre closed in 1977 - it is a remarkable time capsule).

Thanks for explaining why my economically disposable FD lenses are still pretty good!

I had one of those for my AE-1 in the early ‘80s. It was pretty good.

Hoping for a video on canon FL lenses, maybe the 19mm or the 58mm
    Or anything Minolta Rokkor related!
