If you get them to have a child I noticed that it’s different from VF3 because their status says ready to cuddle then they do this funny dance and then move on to do something else. Now a few hours later is how you know if they have a child because a crib pops up.
I got frustrated and came quite away but deleted the game so have to start over and things are different but it's easy for rooms to get deleted and they earn way less coins and if you adopt and get rejected you only get partial money back! I'll restart it agian to give it a chance. It's definitely different and can get confusing but enjoy.
