Hi Therm!! I just graduated highschool and my dream is to be a farmer, although its seeming like such a hard profession to actually become. I spent all morning feeling sad, giving up on farming and applying for any work I can find as I'm taking a gap year (Thats also been hellish). Ive been feeling really down and uninspired but genuinely just taking a break from being harsh on myself to unwind and watch the video has helped so much. Thank you for all the content!!^^

Hey! If you haven't heard of it before, you may want to look into the WWOOF program ("Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms") as it might be a good way for you to dip your toes into farming. It's like taking an exchange semester/year, but you're doing farming apprentice work. There are varying levels of compensation, boarding, stipends, etc. to help you make your way to the farm you'd be working on, and they have participating farms all over the world. I was going to apply to a farm in South Korea, but I ended up doing an ESL program there instead. Farming is an awesome profession and we definitely need more people working in agriculture! I wish you luck out there, wherever you end up

59:08: Yes they do love to visit. Very often, it's a revolving door of villagers. One leaves, so another comes in. It'd be cool but sometimes you just want to decorate your main room but someone visits so you can't.
That's why I keep my the cockroaches in my house from time travelling, scares them off whenever they try and visit 😅
I genuine scream of excitement when you found Punchy was so cathartic and made me smile! I'm gonna miss this series, even though I have just found it and been binge watching while getting back into ACNH myself haha.

But also, whoever told you that the golden watering can is indestructible is a criminal. I'm so sorry. (It does still break, it just takes a LOT longer. In the older games all tools but the standard axe were indestructible, I guess they changed it in NH so you had a reason to keep crafting them. The destructible golden tools though is a crime against humanity, as far as I'm concerned)

I've been feeling down lately so I decided to binge 3 episodes in a row in one night and I'm also disregarding my sleep schedule for that cuz I'm not in the mood for sleeping lol. This has been my mini-comfort series, even though I'm late in every way possible for this video, thanks for uploading it, I enjoyed watching this
I'm a carpenter and I've had to sand a lot of pieces. It can get a little bit monotonous, but I've really enjoyed watching this series in the background while I work! Thanks for making the last couple days a bit more fun!!

Therm...I have enjoyed your Animal Crossing adventure so, so much. I've watched from start to end (well, all the complication vids) and they have entertained me GREATLY! You made me laugh so many times. I'm so happy you got Punchy, he is also MUH BOY and I can't believe you got him with such luck on that last hunt, damn!!! He's on my island too but I bought his amiibo long ago. He's been my favorite since the first game on Gamecube. Thank you so much again for the hours of entertainment. I recently started playing ACNH daily again, I’d first started playing back in the middle of 2020; so it’s been lovely to me seein ya discover and enjoy things about the game with a fresh and warm take on it all. I’m looking forward to rewatching this series, and eventually to watching the vods too!

Super fun series to watch. Sad to see it end but at the same time its a good spot for it. Really great to watch the progression of the town happening, and seeing you play these kinda games with characters to get attached to is always nice. I missed some streamed parts so I think I will re-watch it all from the start.
If you enjoyed Animal Crossing, you might enjoy Cozy Grove. It's a similar real-time game but more focused on quests to do each day. You're a little scout helping an island full of cute ghost bears to move onto the afterlife! And the devs support time travel too (but only forwards to avoid file corruption), which is easily done by using RunAsDate and its available on PC.

If you are interested in shorter games, sludge life is for sure up your alley! It's a super fun short trying stuff out game that has a bunch of funky characters!

ah i see like all of us, you found the love for animal crossings only to fall victim to the abandoned updates lol. everyone in the comments like "i get why u stopped playing it never ends" when honestly? i played 24/7 when they updated it regularly, the problem ACTUALLY is there is only so much you can do, and once you've done it once it's like, okay, meh, next. the game had so much more potential but there's only so many times you can do a fishing tourney or the sameeeee seasonal events lmao, onto the next one!

Not sure if you have Nintendo online already but you should definitely check out some treasure islands either on stream or after you’ve finished ur series. They’re a great way to get furniture and items you have difficulty finding. I used them to furnish my entire island but I am deciding to find all the collectibles and recipes on my own😅

Binged all these videos within the last couple days, was great. Tho, maybe it was in the streams and cut out of the videos, but did you never look at the Promotional tab for items in Nook Shopping? Cuz there's a bunch of collab items there which are really cool.
Anyways, great series, hopeful you'll try out the DLC for Animal Crossing (which is basically it's own game), but if not this was a good end.
