A very good channel, nice to see northern parkruns as I'm in London I might not have the chance to visit any that far north. Apart from York that is, I need to tick York off for the Alphabet. The only other Ys in the world all seem to be in Australia.
I gave the video a like mainly for the 27 min pacer story 🤣I have only ever used a pacer once (half marathon,not parkrun) and after setting off with them i ended up by the first bend slightly ahead in the crowd so just ran safe in knowledge the pacer was behind so just did my own thing and would try and stick with em if they passed.I bet atleast 1 did the same at that parkrun and went home very happy then gutted when they got the result email!

Haha I’m not sure, if we were running flat out we absolutely couldn’t 😂. Silksworth is our local so we’ve done it with the course change - that hill never gets easier 😅 thanks so much for watching Deborah 🙌🏻 we appreciate it 😃

Nice work guys. I'm from Australia and I never see Parkruns that muddy or cold haha!

How can you talk and run at such a good pace, it kills me ha ha. Ps that hill is bigger now as the course is slightly different.
