To be honest just take my gear from the planner in description, and instead of exalteds look for rares with same affixes. Same goes with uniques, just go 0lp uniques. This is literally a starter day 1 build, just with better affixes :)
You can try follow maxroll guide on bleed hammerdin. I don't generally like maxroll builds cause they are often bad, but Volca made the guide and he knows what he is doing

What are you selling to make that much gold damn
average 30k gold per mono, 30 monos per hour just from raw gold. Then add double that by selling regular loot and lucky loot :)
