The Golden Snowflake - Citizen Series8 880 GMT

This watch is another great example of Citizen doing their own thing! The model 880 GMT belongs to the Series8 collection and it stands out with its masculine (and flashy in this particular case) design and a true GMT caliber. For about a grand I'm quite sure it will find its audience.

I bought it - great look in person, fantastic dial. For comments about the weight - this watch is lighter than my Omega Planet Ocean and my Seiko Samurai. The hour hacking, great “root beer” bezel, and that fantastic etched dial, with sapphire crystal front and back, were what did it for me. Citizen upping their game is a fun plus.

Citizen is working really well with its latest releases in the last 2 years. This one is not for me in terms of colors, but the quality is there and for a reasonable price at the end. Go on and make us happy Citizen!

I am not buying another 40 mm or 42 mm .. because i bought few expensive ones snd recently by mistake i bought cheap a 37mm online.. and after wearing for few days as daily wear. have stopped wearing the expensive ones..i don't like their weight and size! because the 37 feels so light , this feels so comfortable! It blends with the wrist as if nothing is bothering!! I tried the prx35mm and i was further impressed!!

Let's wait the titanium version, because I like the base concept. But I think with better contrast dial
