I'm trying HARD to love the decision to put the pool and lounging area toward the front of the property though. They should forget making the pool double as a water feature and screen off the entire area with plants to afford the area with privacy.

As a car enthusiast, my only complaint would be the 2-car garage for a $9M house but I know that’s not everyone’s priority haha. Gorgeous outdoors areas. The materials were all so elegant too. I took a college speech class many years ago and my professor got on my case all the time for my use of “COOL”, I also said, “LIKE” quite often as well. I’m not trying to be mean, I like your videos and I believe you’re a young man on your way up the ladder of success. I’m sure if I noticed it, other people noticed it too. It would just be a bit more professional to try to use other words instead of “COOL” so often. Thanks for all your great videos.
