BBC2 - 60 yrs of goodnights

Here's a short montage marking 60 years of BBC 2 - On air in the UK on April 20th 1964, but after a rather ignominious start, an unprecedented power cut (outage) at Battersea power station in London, it was relaunched the following night as the new 2nd national channel for the UK.
I must confess to spending 7 years in the tv announcers chair, wishing many goodnights and of course included one of my closedowns at the end of the compilation. Ironically I feigned blowing out a candle...were the ghosts of BBC in the machine that night?
