Because of you *Designer Touch Moisture Lock Finishing Gel* is all I ever use on my hair to keep fly aways in check and keep my hair smoothed down but still soft to the touch and still moveable! Unfortunately, not many haircare stores carry it or even know what it is! LOVE this stuff and it LASTS! I've had 1 jar last me 5 years! Thank you for all of your wonderful and awesome advice, Ateya! I needed this in my life right now. I strayed away and used other products, but Aphogee is the best for my hair by far. Being the product junkie I am, I got caught up. If it wasn't for Ateya making this video with thorough instructions I wouldn't remember where or even how to start again. I've been having some breakage and I'm hoping to repair that. My hair used to be so strong and thick that I didn't worry about breakage. Gotta get back to that! Thanks Ateya!

Yes, I don't use the entire apogee regimen shown, except for the Paul Mitchell shampoo. I do recommend a good moisturizing shampoo to go along with this regimen because you can easily over protein your hair. However this is a good place to start.
shardaybr okay so can you please help my better understand this regimen so you saying use all products once a week except for the two step protein you use that before your relaxer correct when do you use the Paul Mitchell and what to use else to include in this regimen again?
shardaybr my hair is broken off in the middle I have a few bold spots and it breaks off when I comb and my ends are dry does this mean my hair is damaged and how long did you follow this regimen?
As a person who's hair has been damaged, I can come to a safe conclusion that yes, your hair is damaged. I highly recommend "dusting" your split ends which will help to prevent more breakage. From what you are describing,I think your hair doesn't have a proper balance of protein and moisture ( and I stress more on the moisture part than the protein at this point). With relaxed hair it's easy to lack one or the other and not realize it until your hair starts breaking off. As for the bald spots, you should see a dermatologist to find out what's causing your hair to fall out. Topical creams or injections may be prescribed to combat that issue. Before starting this regimen consult a Dr. about the bald spots, and possibly see a professional to find out if this regimen is good for you. Once you find out what your hair needs, maintaining a routine at home will be easy. Haircare is trial and error, and finding what's right for you comes with some risks and reward. And last but not least, I highly recommend low manipulation hair styles (i.e. buns, wigs, one or two goddess braids.) and a hair, skin, and nail multi-vitamin. Good luck!
I live in Germany so I don't have a beautician. I tried your hair regimen and I just want to let you know I LOVE IT. I wrote it down step by step, got all of the products and put them to use. My hair came out beautifully. I had so much body and bounce. The only thing I did differently was add a few curlers at my crown before I wrapped it and the next morning my hair was on point! Thank you so much. I even passed it along to my mom and sisters.
YES...just do shampoo, 2 minute conditioner & leave in...then after press if she wants..ask her to apply chi silk fusion...but totally up to you...

I just want to say that this tutorial is such a blessing to me. I heard about aphogee before but when i saw your hair I was like, I got to try this!! I bought the shampoo for damaged hair and the two minute reconstructor and I have only used them one time and the results were amazing. I was experiencing breakage in the center of my head and the hair was fuzzy and short, now it feels so strong and much more silky. These products are now going to be a staple in my hair regimen. I just did a friend's hair exactly as you demonstrate, using many of the same products within the same order.
The difference is literally night & day, with just the first procedure. I wish I'd taken before & after images for comparison, before she wrapped her hair, but, it's enough that it looks fantastic thanks to your advice. I used a bit too much heat protect serum, but, everything else was AWESOME!

I stayed TRUE to this regimen. I went and got everything u mentioned in this video spent hundreds but was well worth it back then. Im crying right now good ol days
i have beenn using this hair regimen for about a year and i can definitly see a difference in my hair. its amazing! i incorperate other products as well. the only thing that i wouldnt recommend is that if u have fine hair dont wash and flat iron ur hair once a week. it drys and damages it.

I used Chi Silk Infusion leave-in and Chi Iron Guard heat protectant - believe me when I tell you that it is awesome!! I have body and bounce. My hair is manageable and soft as butter!! The products are costly but well worth it. I am also doing the Aphogee trmt for my damaged hair. I am so pleased with the results. The breakage stopped immediately. On the 2 step protein just make sure you wait 6 weeks...not before....its doesnt matter about the perm...just make sure you DO NOT DO IT BEFORE...you can do it every 8 weeks..just not every 5 weeks...or 4 weeks...just anytime after 6 and you are good...

I came across your videos about 3 weeks ago when I had come to a CROSS ROADS with my hair. Weak and damaged from weaving for the past 3/4 years. I ordered the exact products you used and have just used your perm day regimen. I am sooo impressed I don't even know what to say. My mom is currently using the 2-Step and Balancer and says the reults are amazing.

Honestly...I like both....if I run out of BIOSILK I use CHI FUSION...vice/versa...so its up to you.But JC PENNEY definitly uses it in there salon 24.7
I love to Chi silk infusion. Its expensive, but like you say, you get what you pay for and its well worth the money spent.. My hair is naturally very thick and dry. So that Chi silk infusion is a must have for me when im doing flat ironing.

just used these products and mixed the paul mitchell skinny product line with the Aphogee products because my hair is long and very thick. My hair is AMAZING! I think the Chi Silk Infusion is what really made it work so well.
Hey Ateya, Im just LOVIN my hair. Until I started watching ur videos, I would DREAD new growth. But, yet and still I wanted my hair to grow! Now see that 'new growth' is a sign of progress. I've been using the products for 3 weeks & already I see results! I have ALOT of new growth. And guess what? My hair still looks good. I embrace my new growth now. My hair used to be like this, but I damaged it will excessive weave glue, coloring and so on, and it used to just snap back, it never did so I cut it all off to about 2 inches long. Now it is about 4 1/2 but it isnt doing what I want it to do. Theres no bounce, no shine. Im going to get these products today and give them a try! THANKS ATEYAAAAA!

I use regular affirm perm..curling iron is by Gold n Hot at Sallys my iron is not the BIG one its the one before that one...but I do have both...
THREE CHEERS FOR ATEYAAA!!!!! I almost cried because I thought I couldn't do anything with my hair. Everyone said moisturizing was what I needed to do. I did that and my hair was continuously like crap! I tried your regimen, and I was so happy with how it came out. I got some SWANG, but I need a touchup so... But I will definitely stick to this because this is what works for my hair.

I saw your video 2 days ago, I wasn't fully conviencied until I saw other video responses, so today I went and got my Arphogee stuff ( They should hire you for real) .... I didn't get everything, just the shampoo, 2 min con, green tea stuff,...I just did my hair and WOAH!!! ..... My hair did not move and it was stiff like a card board & now it has a lil bounce to it,.... it's not yet as good as yours but, it's the first time todo it & I intend to keep

ateyaaa, this is the BEST! I was going to make one but I found yours and just tell all my friends to look at yours! lol I just copy and paste the link to them. The only thing I would like to point out is that you have an awesome HAIRCUT!! THAT makes all the difference to healthy hair. I tell ppl, get your hair cut into a style or some layers so that you can have shape, body and that clean look. You will see an immediate difference when you curl your hair and how it lays with a HAIRCUT! GREAT VID
I just used all my aphogee products for the first time and I already can see a difference. My hair has more bounce and it is softer. The keratin 2min reconstructor was the best. It made my hair so soft. Thanks Ateyaaa.
