I have the pro5 and can't figure out how to get the cap off to fill. The cap is not like this one and turning it counterclockwise 50 times does nothing. Can you help?

I SURE u figured it out by now, but u have to push down on the cap as u turn it, something like a pill bottle.
Yes, got it. BTW, I've had my kids open child proof caps when they were in second grade. Carpal Tunnel is no fun.
