Reflecting the tumultuous state of the world, for our new album we have drawn inspiration from events such as the murder of Mahsa Amini in Iran and the war in Ukraine. But that isn’t to say that there’s no light to the heavy shade on Bleed Out.

To me it is relatively clear, the lyrics are refering to Germany in 1945 when the Allies were interviewing German citizens about what they knew about the Genocide and their answer was pretty much everywhere in the country "Ich habe nichts gehört, ich habe nichts gesehen, ich werde nicht reden" so "I haven't heard or seen anything, I won't talk". With the Germans favourite way out of an unknown future, prison, execution or everlasting self-reproach being suicide through Cyanide, the lyrics make a lot of sense towards this direction. I am not 100% sure this was intentional, but it fits far too close to how our eldery people behave when asked about these topics...
I think this one is my favourite song from the album. The lyrics, the melody, the gutitars... chef’s kiss. So beautifully haunting

As Austrian I was surprised about the german text passage "eins, zwei drei, vier, ich habe nichts gesehen, ich habe nichts gehört, ich werde nicht reden", this really got me ❤. Such an amazing song 🤘
