Let me give you some background on this video. I help run a micro bakery with my big sister. In this video I filmed a typical day of baking for a market where we go to sell our items. Mostly my sister sells out of her home and for our bigger events we rent a commercial kitchen. My sister is the primary baker and I handle all pastry and sweets.
