I am in charge of landscaping for our subdivision. We just put in a bunch of these pink drifts at the front bed and they are performing beautifully. Thank you for this video Jim!
This presentation was very nice and full of information about pink drift. It's different from the other Drifts. You don't see this discussed a lot, and I appreciated your delivery and content.
Thank you so much for these videos, I live in Zebulon NC and I am so excited to watch someone just down the road from me! I have learned a lot from you Sir, THANK YOU!
🤔 🌹 Great videos. My garden consists of drift and knockout roses, with a strawberry vanilla hydrangea tree to the left and two small false cypress shrubs in front of it. However, seemingly, something denser is needed, if anything. I'm open to suggestions.
I know that this comment is more than a yr old, but that so cute blue ceramic porcupine/or hedgehog on your left is sooo adorable! is he a planter? Now he needs a full description! :)
My drift roses are beautiful. However, even now the deer are coming in and nipping the buds. Do you have any suggestions to keep the deer off of them? The deer are very bold and ignore the dog barking and go right up to the window to graze.
Ugh I was getting excited until you said 'deer problem'.... we definitely have them! would a spray of some natural barrier work to protect them from those night visitors?
I don’t know if you’ll see this Jim. I have 6 Popcorn Drifts I planted last year. They’ve grown to 2’ high...my issue is how dirty they look after blooming ...I think because the blooms are whitish and it all looks yucky after blooming. Is it safe to Trim these at this time in the season & get new growth?

After watching this video I bought 8 to line the 120 year old 4 foot tall stone wall at my cottage home. Thanks!!

I just bought my first one! Red drift!
Beautiful flowers 💐
Jim, my coral drift roses have a white powdery thing going on?? The leaves are curling. What should I do to fix?
Is there a specific material used to plant these in when planting in rocky clay soils?
Very Thorough and informative
Great. Thanks for watching
Excellent intro - questions answered. Thanks!

Thank you. Do you have any information about propagation?

Many of the other videos I've watched, concerning Drift Rose, say that deer aren't a problem.
I'm in Alabama zone 8 I live in senior apt...west facing porch....morning shade.....hot afternoon sun humidity. ....will they bloom on porch!

Same with my horses - Spray with Dawn and water
Are they grown on rootstock or own root?
I was wondering how to clip the dying buds
Can seven spray be used against insects on the drift roses?
How do you prune them after flowering or do you?
I do just to clean them up - Just cut off the spent clusters

Yes, cut off spent blooms
What's the proper way to dead head our drift roses?
Just cut or pull off clusters of spent blooms
