- Iran has unveiled a new version of its local-made air-defense missile system during large-scale military exercise.
Iran for the first time, the new launcher of the Bavar-373 air-defense missile system was unveiled during the joint aerial maneuvers, codenamed Modafean Aseman Velayat 99. The joint air defense exercise is a large-scale military exercise covering more than half of the country’s territories. It was attended by air defense units from the Army and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps or IRGC, reported defence-blog.com.

Bavar-373 is a complex system. This one designed to beat ballistic missiles as well.
Sayyad-4 missile currently has 210Km range and they're going to increase the range to 300Km.
70,000 foot is really low altitude for a long range system like Bavar-373...!

İran's missile systems must be evaluated apart from their military products. They are very effective and modern systems. The fact is that Iran financed and North Korea designed their missiles.

They are all made in Iran. We have started 30 years ago with copying Russian systems but since 15 years Iran produces it's own air defense systems like 15th Khordad and Bavar 373. Iranian engineers are one of the best worldwide, why should we buy air defense system when we can build them. Look for Iranian version of RQ-170, Iran hacked it, brought down and did a perfect reverse engineering and RQ-170 is one of the best and most complicated drones worldwide, show me one country that did something like that 😉
