I was a bit concerned about it looking too unrealistic for battle scenes but you can change lighting, size of link, etc. Sometimes the links don't perfectly connect but fixing this small issue is easy. Overall, this is a game changer. Thank you!!!

MIND BLOWN! I learned more details, more about PhotoShop in this single video, Namanja, than a bunch of others I watched recently. You covered almost every facet of a chain a person could hope to think of. Currently, I am working on an ambitious project involving a crane that will lower a large metal rig which underneath hold a big, plastic sign. Since I used cables below to hold the sign to the metal cross support, for contrast, I wanted to use chains above this. Now I have a fairly good chance I will be able to draw some respectable chains to complete my cool project. Thank you very much, sir!

Thanks for another great tutorial but I was having trouble creating the round edges on the horizontal link, so of course in Photoshop there usually is more than one way to achieve something so I used "a round hard edge brush" instead and voilà.👍🏽

PremKumar M Thanks. I'm using Cinema 4D. But the 3D world is completely different topic. It contains lot of modeling, lighting, texturing and rendering tutorials, and for now I will stick only with Photoshop. Maybe sometime in a future.

Today we had chain man..brilliant & fun tutorial 5star. A question for you Nemanja if i may, in the video at 9.33 you deleted the text, could you let us know how you did that please. When i try, it deleted all the effects too. But i had fun working along to the video. That effect that you put on the chain to make it look rusty is Satin, like when someone has satin a chair, hope i helped you for once. Keep up the really good work. Thanks again.😎
