This song should have been a BIG hit!!! Heatwave is one of my favorite groups of all time! So sad that Johnny Wilder was paralyzed from a car accident and eventually left us way too soon! He had one of the best voicers of all time!

Temperton is a monster as far as being organic and dynamic with his lyrics. This little gem is just Stellar! Considering this was a funk band...this is really a nice departure and shows the band's diversity. Nice and smooth with the little guitar flourishes...and that Iconic harmony. WOW!! "The Groove Line" is another really great song off this album. Of course they're best known for "Boogie Nights". These guys were great. Glad to see them on here.
