I’m so glad they brought Ryan back. His unique way of being kind of stuck up but also loveable is wonderful. And the way he acted in this episode both made me laugh and feel for him.
It honestly makes the end of the movie even more interesting from a character point of view. He does something nice for other people, of course he does it in the most narcissistic way possible, as we should expect, but while initially it was just a sign that he wasn’t truly a bad person, just a narcissist, with the added context of his past, we also get that it’s him letting go of a person he had tried to develop a bond with, and he isn’t bitter about it. While the show’s writing is still definitely cheesy as all hell, it really does stand out with some really surprisingly great character work a lot of the time underneath the relatively generic exterior
Season 3 please. I watched this series ever since the first season released, and love this so much. I think there are still much stuff to be resolved: will karina's feelings resolved, or will she ended up with ryan although he clearly stated he loves older woman? How big ouroboros organization? How kaede's life in hero academy? And many more! Please please 😢
@@glubinsnub2772 I really don't like him. He just steamed my clams so much during the Jake Martinez arc. I wish the story in the manga had been the story the anime went with, it handled the "Kotetsu didn't trust meh!" thing so much better.
@@nightmarefanatic1819 i respect your opinion but I disagree, the man's cynical towards everyone and so he's projecting onto kotetsu as cynical towards him when he care for barnaby (which is fair he didn't grow up with a lot of people to trust), kotetsu sacrificed himself and proved that he has good intentions for him

La verdad es que me alegra de que decidieran no hacerlo. La diferencia de edad es mucha, no tienen casi nada en común y Tiger la ve como a una sobrina. Además de que me parece estupendo el mensaje que da sobre aprender a superar los amores no correspondidos, a aprender a amarse a uno mismo y a seguir adelante. En especial cuando en la mayoría de las ficciones lo más común sería ponerlos en una relación romántica muy mal vista, ya sea por la diferencia de edad o por la forma paternal en la que la ve Kotetsu. La ship de Tiger y Blue Rose sería tan mala como la ship de Batman y Batgirl.
