Hi dear. I am glad I helped. And yes! You can make bone soup here. Simply place your bones in the pot. Add your ingredients and water (The water should be slightly above all the ingredients). Replace the lid and heat the pressure on a high temperature of up to 1-2 hours depending the bone soup you making. In this case use the 'slow timer' button... or simply press the soup button and adjust the timer

I just bought my Bosch pressure cooker but it's not showing the count down. What have I done wrong? Its now 46 mins later. I am cooking black beans.
So only the water u put at first will cook the bean for 30 minutes?

As long as the pressure inside the closed pot hits up, it will automatically start the countdown. Mostly up to 5 minutes depending on what you are cooking and the water level

Why mine is leaking the steam how can I fix it
1. Make sure the steam knob is facing in the front direction or as per directed by your cooker's brand.
2. Make sure the knob is tightly fitted to avoid leaking.
3. Contact your brand to fix it or exchange... It may be faulty

For githeri just press the bean/tendon button and all shall be well. The cooker will auto calculate time for you. However, if the timer runs out and you find the githeri had not cooked well, just go ahead and reset the cooker...hit the bean/tendon for a second time. 😉
You can also manual-set the timer and increase the time the cooker has given you to a higher time😊
For the matumbo...use the meat Button.
