Pineapple Upside Down Cake| Without egg| Desperate housewives| Tea and TV series!!!

Hey you!!!
For this tea and Tv series episode we are making pineapple upside down cake from desperate housewives!!!
Hope you like it!!!
Pineapple Upside down cake:
Serving:5-6
Time :40-45 minutes
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup unsalted butter
-1/2 cup sugar
-cherry
-pineapple slices
-1 cup all purpose flour
-1/2 cup powder sugar
-1/2 cup refined oil
-1/2 cup curd
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/3 cup milk
-pineapple essence
Method:
Base layer
1. Add sugar in a pan and caramelise on low flame
2. Add butter to it
3. Transfer the caramel into cake pan immediately to avoid solidification
4. Place the pineapple slices and cherry on it.
5.Set aside
Batter
1. Add 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup curd in a bowl and whisk them
2. Add 1 cup all purpose flour,1/2 cup powdered sugar ,1 tsp baking powder,pineapple essence
3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
4.Add 1/3 cup milk little by little.
4. Pour this batter on base layer
5. Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes
6. Bake the cake for 20 minutes
7. Let it cool down for 30 minutes
8.Flip it upside down on a cake dish and you get the most amazing cake!!!!
