Gixxer is underrated just because of Suzuki itself. When it's car parts are available everywhere no matter what the model is, where as when it comes to motorcycle Suzuki parts 〽️ not available on the market. You need to go to the service centre which is bullshit I think ....
No wonder it's a wonderful motorcycle but it's head light and its parts are the two awesome things that you need to encounter.

I am an owner of Suzuki gixxer sf 2017 and i have ridden my bike 60000 kms till now and trust me guys it gives me the same performance and thrill and the best part is my gixxer’s maintenance is way more cheaper then my friend’s apache 160 4V and also the performance and ride quality of this Japanese beast is top notch.
But service center?
@@motopediain Bhai in my city (Indore MP) there are 4 service centre and i am getting amazing service and parts too. Apart from this they also arrange bike rides for us where all the gixxer owners are invited.
Parts ki bahut dikkat hoti hai meri bike ka engine seize ho gya tha 4 showroom hone ke bawjod 1 month se upar ho parts aane me aur local market me milta nhi hai

As an owner since a year and half, these are the improvements I would love to see in this bike
1. New more practical visor that protects from wind blast.
2. More power 13Bhp to 16Bhp at least.
3. Sixth gear in 155cc.
4. A little bit lower handle bar but not as low as R15.
5. Better looking console maybe colourful.
6. Dual channel ABS in 155cc.
7. New design exhaust. Preeti, the first friend who saw this bike on the day I purchased it, said that the exhaust looks rather cute than aggressive. 😅😅😅
Overall I paid 1.5L on-road in Odisha. I am willing to pay upto 1.8L onroad if they get a better model released for 155cc.

@@souvikmondal1121 that’s the problem with brands like Suzuki and Honda. They are not bringing their better under 400cc bikes to India but in bangladesh and other countries. Kawasaki and Yamaha are benefiting out of these and making a duopoly in the sub 300cc sports bike. Suzuki & Honda are busy selling scooters

I own a 2015 Gixxer 155 and it has corrosion, rust and oil leak for no reason at all and the bike has run only 26k kms
Service center bhi nahi le ja skte, qki hai hi nhi
Quality is very good. Acceleration is like RX 100 and it's maintenence is low. Riding ergonomics is sporty but due to its rear set rider footpegs, older riders will feel the discomfort after 30 kms ride. It's gear changes is the major con of this bike. It starts with a single kick after months of disuse. I prefer riding Gixxer over my Ronin for city rides

Suzuki bikes just don't stand out
They are not as sporty as a KTM
They are not as reliable as a Yamaha
They are not as value for money as Bajaj
Service center experience is not good
Resale value is quite poor
They just make some above average bikes and that's about it .
Suzuki have to fix these things

Owned all three types , with 2014 Gixxer , 2017 Gixxer SF and finally with 2020 Intruder BS6. All three just for its peppy engine and excellent handling. All this comes from a owner who had R15 2009 to 2014. Suzuki ❤

Actually Suzuki only focused on selling Acess 125, I repeat only selling, no after sale service.
Ya, the way they are going, they might stop manufacturing bikes and only focus on scooters.. They are just not interested in selling updated bikes
From oct 2014 to feb 2024 I've enjoyed this bike a lot in my city and out of city its. Best combo of performance and pocket friendly ❤❤ it never stopped without my permission ❤

i had suzuki gixxer 155 neked 2015 model, 1,52000 kms done.
no issue with build quality, but the main problem is with parts and services,
after 9 years and 6 months. i sold it at 30,000rs.
suzuki must need improve parts availablty and service .

i have been owner of Gixxer sf 150- No power, questionable controling, uncomfortable seats, Service centre doesnt know how to repair, unavailabe local parts, not a single brand affiliation to give suzuki a market presence.
After sale service ko to main bhi kahunga, it's not so good.

Gixxer 150 looks wierd, performance is on lower side cause most bikes in this segment makes around 15bhp to 16bhp.
Sf 150 is overpriced for what it is .
250cc was never a hot segment to begin with and these 250 twins are slightly more powerful than 200 .
Suzuki doesn't sell many bikes so their market value is not so good.

Mera gixxer 155 hain initial tourq is low faltu lagta hain... 155 cc hain lekin 125 cc se jada aage nehi hain... 155 cc ke hain milage bhi 40-45 dete hain... 125 cc ka bike bhi lagbhag same performance dete hain... Milage bhi 55-60 dete hain... Gixxer chalake aaj tak mujhe kuch khas nehi laga...😐
