Let me tell you Haleigh, I have one side of my hair (right side) that is always rough. I don't know why. I do sleep on that side primarily so maybe that's it but Olaplex transformed my whole head even the rough side!! I can't keep my hands out of my hair. I don't even color my hair but I do use heat weekly. I haven't tried the shampoo and conditioner because I love my Kerastase Nutritive line too much but 0,3,6, and 7 are awesome!

How often would you use 1 and 2 on a client in the salon? Is monthly ok?
Yes! Monthly is okay! I have several clients I use on their hair monthly because it is so damaged.
