Thanks for doing this and especially showing the consistency. I love Kerastase. I'm fairly new to the brand so I have only used the Magistral shampoo and mask so far. They are so nice and moisturizing on my hair! I also have the Discipline keratin mask but I'm waiting to get the shampoo before I try it. They were out of the sulfate version (my preference) when I purchased it.
Loving the background music ❤ I have tightly curled Afro textured hair that is turning gray. I have been using the Chronologiste line for two years and my hair started growing back thicker, fuller and softer. The shampoo is my soul mate shampoo.
@@lynncraig9367 it’s been I think 2 years since I’ve made new content. Im going to start back at it soon! Comments like this make me want to post more ❤️ thank you!
Your serials about Kerastase are great! Thank you for your work! My hair is non-colored, fine, and blond may see on my avatar photo). Chronologiste shampoo and mask are my favorite for a few years as well. The Chronologiste oil was too heavy for fine hair. My experience with Kerastase: Elixir ultime shampoo (3 from 5), Nutri-Fortifiant shampoo + mask (4 from 5), Densite Shampoo (2 from 5), Blond Anlosu shampoo + mask ( 2 from 5), Resistance [ 1 2 ] shampoo + mask (3 from 5), Resistance [3 4] balm-in-shampoo (3 from 5).
Thank you for all the great information on Kerastase products!! I'm still trying to figure out which line of Kerastase is for my type of hair! My hair changed a lot in menopause! My hair had to be highlighted twice all over because they didn't leave the foils in long enough and my hair was an ugly rust color so I had to have a color correction. That mistake cost me hundreds!! I have wavy & frizzy hair that is more coarse now than it used to be but I do have thick hair. It's also dry and it's still a little dry after using the different Kerastase shampoos & hair masks. Right now I'm using the Nutritive Bain 2 shampoo & the Blond Absolu mask cicaextreme. I also have the curl manifesto masque beurre haute nutrition. Can you please let me know which Kerastase products I should try to get better results? I thought about trying the Nutritive nectar thermique & the nutritive supplement split end serum. I don't use a lot of hair products but maybe I should lol! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!❤️ ❤❤
For shampoo and conditioner try the elixir ultime it is so so good for frizz. I love it for all hair types really and very good idea to try the nutritive thermique it’s awesome! ❤️
Great video of Kerastase range! It was informative and I also follow you on Instagram. I have wavy and Color treated hair. My hair type is medium to thick and I have been using elixir. When I use the elixir shampoo, my hair gets tangled and feel rough until I smoothen out with runny conditioner as shown in your video. I don’t feel it’s helping my hair as it feels so dry. I do use a straightener but only twice a week. Am I using the wrong Kerastase? What would you recommend for my hair type.
Hey, had the same problem. Elixir might not be great for thicker hair. I now switched to the Chornologiste and it does everything Ive ever wanted. Plus I use the genesis conditioner and every now and then the nutritive mask
Honestly its been about 6 years since Ive used Redken hair products. I LOVE there color line it is one of the best and Im so glad we have it in the salon. I would say, Kerastase is more of a luxury styling line meaning lots of high end ingredients and perfumes. I need to go check out redken products for a proper comparison lol
Good question, It has stained one of my clients hair who was very white blonde. It did make it a little yellow. Purple shampoo will help this. I used it for 6 months and it didn't stain my hair yellow, but I also use purple shampoo every time I wash my hair.
If it is really really broken and damaged the Therapiste line will fix your hair. If it’s not super over processed, the architect will help weak hair bounce back(it’s also less heavy)
Hi, I've just started using the kerastase extentioniste products and love them! The only thing I'm unsure of the shampoo as it contains Amodimethicone and I'm getting mixed reviews. Any advice would be appreciated.
hey (: i know this video is older, but i was wondering if you could help me make a decision on which kerastase line to buy. i am a natural blonde and my hair is so long it touches my butt. the ends always need moisture and the top could always benefit from more volume. i’m also 29 so it’s just lost its luster. overall my hair is very healthy. i am leaning toward the chronologiste, just a bit put off by the price of the accompanying masque. if i could smell them in person i’d honestly probably pick based off scent because i love love love strongly scented shampoo/conditioner
Honestly chronologiste is one of my favorite kerastase product lines. It’s great for shine and the hyaluronic gives the hair such an amazing feel. It’s one shampoo I constantly go back to. It is expensive but worth it!
I have a big question! I absolutely want to try Kérastase. But I don’t know what to use for my hair. I have naturally straight hair, my hair is normal to thick. I’d love to add more volume because of how straight my hair is. Do you have any advice of which products from Kérastase to use? 🥺🥺 or any other brands that you recommend! Please, I am in desperate need of help
I really like the desifineqe line for volume it says for fine hair but it is great for body and fluff. Another good one I love is the exstioniste line for growing hair long. I just like the way that one feels in the hair.
@@jadebrennanvlogs yes, I’ve recommended to several thick haired clients as long as your hair is pretty straight it should give it a good boost. I had about 10 thick haired people on it and they all re-purchased it lol! If your hair was curly or wavy and thick then I wouldn’t recommend, as it might make it frizzy. However the exstioniste won’t weigh it down, but won’t give as much fluff. Hope that helps ❤️
@@hajarr8587 Very good question! It will NOT help your hair from shedding. It only helps from breaking off (not at the follicle) In my opinion the best for hair shedding is Rogaine or the Aveda Invati system. I've seen those two lines work!
Trying to decide between the chronologist and elixir. Shoulder length thin hair that's coloured treated. Feels a little dull in colour and dry toward the bottom 1/3 of the hair. It's quite "soft" with some frizziness. Which would b best ..or is there a better one.
That's a hard decision, I love both of them. If i had to pick a better one for finer textured hair, I would go with the Chronologiste. Sometimes the Elixir can weigh down the hair a little bit.
I am watching you videos super interesting. I am still unsure which to get though.. My hair lol is weird. I know this is kind of weird, but this has worked for one of my guests...Bain Divalent Balancing Shampoo, it will help balance your oily roots and dry ends. It's kind of different but it works. Cicaflash conditioner, one of my favorites that won't way down your hair. For leave in Nectar Thermique, it will help give volume but protect ends from heat damage.
Hi little miss haleigh Could you please help me choose a line please . I have split ends and my hair has been growing super slow I think because where my hair breaks at the ends i sometimes have some fall out but think it’s normal to have minimal fall out when I shower i do use heat . What would you recommend ?
Hey little tip. CUT YOUR ENDS first. no shampoo can fix split ends the can only coat it. Then switch to kerastase chronologist or the genesis. minimal fall out is totally normal. Woman shed too 🤣
Hi! Do you happen to know if the genesis nutri-fortifiant has protein? I’ve been using it 3 times per week but I’m not sure if it’s damaging my hair. I was looking for a non protein shampoo from this brand but I feel like they all contain it except maybe the elixir one
It DOES have protein in it. Most of the kerastase products shampoos have protein in them, your totally right! And your right about the elixir one it’s like the only line that doesn’t have protein in it. The elixir line is pretty good.
