Rufai is always one way direction. I like him too but sentiment don't solve problems. At times, your thinking might not be correct so don't always think what you are thinking is the right thing to do. You have to give all parties to an issue fair hearing everybody can pick what they think is correct.
Rufai always like to stop people from talking when he thinks the person is not talking in the direction he(Rufai) want it.

This is the biggest challenge in Nigeria and very much the genesis of the problems in the country. The manifestation of too many people having too much power even over the constitution can never create a country with law and order which in return fosters corruption, criminalities and economy breakdown or retrogression.

When you listen to all the lawyers invited to Arise News since the ‘drama’ in Rivers State started for their legal views, you’ll be wondering whether the law schools in Nigeria teach different things to different prospective lawyers… To me , it seems like it is a waste of time and resources to train lawyers in Nigeria since when they are trained or called to bar, they end up maliciously using the law rather than using the law for the common good and social Justice of society. Why can’t they have one law that says if there is a case from a state house of assembly or state government, it should first go to the state judiciary before taking it to the federal court if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the first judgement. How can a state house of assembly in Rivers or Delta State for example take its legal matter to a federal court in Benin city or Abuja without instituting it first at their state level judiciary? Honestly, the judiciary in Nigeria is a mess and the system has been abused by mischievous politicians!

In law it’s stated that where the law is straightforward, don’t add to it.

Ask the law representing the APC lawmakers, whether his clients defected to APC or not?
