Is this not a treasonable felony in America - when a political appointee is openly saying he is loyal ONLY to a past previous admin...and not to the one he is currently employed working under.

The current government of SIM Fubara was elected into office by the people of Rivers State. SIM Fubara was NOT appointed by Wike[as stipulated by some ignorant people]. Wike ONLY NOMINATED him with a form paid for.
A Governor is NOT a political appointee.And a Current Governor automatically becomes the leader of a state. Wike is no longer the leader, he is now past tense.
It's just like somebody saying - he is still loyal to the past Buhari Admin(which has come and gone)...And not to this current Tinubu Admin that has him/her on it's payroll.

You forgot to ask that former attorney general / SAN That when he served under wike did he do all these disloyalty and insistence to do his own will against the wike then as governor?
He is not ashamed of proclaiming publicly on television that he is loyal to wike, while at the same time serving under a governor who is being persecuted by wike. Can you imagine serving under a government and at the same time sabotaging that government? Does he understand that it is dishonorable to do that? He was sent to do that and as a SAN he agreed to be doing that.

Since the peace pact obviously didn’t go in favour of SIM, mr AGN should have known that his days are numbered as long as he continues to pledge loyalty to One man. At this point, i don't have to wonder why we are where we are in this country. A professor of Law and a senior advocate of Nigeria coming out in a national television to say that he is loyal to an erstwhile Governor while working for a present and sitting Governor. What a shame! I am glad the Governor has directed the School where he used to lecture not to accept him back. This is the kind of nonsense they transfer to young lawyers in the name of teaching
