Needed to reset my Verizon LG VN250 to donate. LG instructions I found online did not work. This video was easy to follow and solved my problem.

You'd have to contact your provider for further steps. I hope you find a way to access the phone! You may have to manually wipe all pictures, contacts, etc. Good luck. ~Trevor

Take it to a Verizon store - they have a machine that can retrieve your data. Hope if you haven't already you are able to retrieve the pics!
