Most of these devices are coming from China where copyright laws are nonexistent so they'll keep getting produced with all of the roms included. Whether they continue to ship to different countries is another issue but I doubt anybody cares enough to ban these things yet
Mine came with literally 1000s of games and many of them brand name main stream retro games
Yeah I was wondering how they can sell them with copyrighted game preloaded.
China don't give a crap.... They come with thousands of roms pre loaded
They can and they do though. You are very wrong sir.
Does this not open potential lawsuits to this thing? distributing roms from NES to PS1 is the dumbest idea. Hell if you think Nintendo would have a field day wait till Sony and Sega get involved
most of these handhelds come from china where the copyright laws might as well not exist. While them being shipped to other countries is still shady nobody has batted an eye at them yet.
@@Bluestarr72 oh that makes way more sense then
I was always wondering why these things are not illegal as im not sure about the emulation but the roms are outright piracy. Not that i care about these old games, its also allowed to do if you own a copy or something? Not that any company would get money from me when i buy a used 100€ copy of a rare ps1 game.
Man is damp critical
I have that one its one of my fav.
How can Amazon sell a product like this when it goes against so many copyright laws
Well they were also selling power cords with 2 male ends last year. Pretty sure they just don't care.
Thats why I JUMPED on buying it
because anyone can sell anything on amazon and these consoles are made and sold from countries where piracy laws dont exist. and things like this have existed for decades and nobody not even nintendo has really tried to stop it. because to stop it youd have to get through the chinese government more times than not. which is just more trouble than its worth
4 words. It comes from China.
Does it come pre-loaded or do you load rims on yourself?
Pre loaded, but there are no Mario games.
If it does, that's crossing a line. I'm fine with emulation, but selling roms is unforgivable.
@@ChexQuest cry more
@@captaindecsot naw I'll just report them to ebay/amazon
@@ChexQuest Snowflake andy, get a life man. Maybe learn to have some fun in life.
Sounds like a good deal 🙏🏼
I had these things 15 years ago. Worse screen, only went up to GBA, but still was extremely awesome then. The quality and power is so much better now for even more affordable! Love it
I can't believe that the manufacturers can actually afford the licensing fees on all those games! 😳
I don't think having preinstalled commercial ROMs is legal.
It’s not
That are through purple reminds me of my first game console GBC with Pokémon Blue.
Ordered mine can’t wait to get it!
Giving off moist critical vibes without the cringe. Keep up the work peace and love the content
Is this even legal bruh?
It's not lol
I mean you can buy it. It may not be legal to sell it though. Your not gonna get raided or some shit bro trust me. 😂
The problem is that there’s so many of these it’s hard to know who to trust
The way he burps at the end of the video tho 💀💀💀
Y'all I got my high quality keyboard that's pretty well for its price, and that's like 50 dollars!
Tbh this sounds like a steal.
