15g coffee with a mid grind
260g water (1:17 ratio)
Reference grind size :
1ZPRESSO - X-PRO S: 2.3.0
1ZPRESSO - K-Ultra: 8.5
1ZPRESSO - K-Max: 7.8
Comandante: 27-28 click
Pouring recipe:
Pour 50g -Bloom for 45s
0:45 add water to 110g
1:15 add water to 180g
2:00 add water to 260g
Finish around 3:15 min
Espresso Recipe:
19.5g in, 48g out, at 27-28 seconds.
Milk based drink:
19.5g in, 40-44g out, at 27-28s
