i didn't understand the language but this video helped me more than all the 1000 other videos in English that i watched! i can't believe there is only 77 likes! I only wish i understood why we change the footpresser and how to choose right!
Each foot has slight differences, such as the underside grooves, foot width, little cross wires to help with tension (overcast foot specifically), things like that. Computerized machines will tell you on the screen which foot to use based on the stitch you select. There are some very helpful videos on youtube that go over each foot type and would probably help clear up some confusion for you. - - I didn't understand her language either, and closed captioning auto-translate was so clearly incorrect, it absolutely hysterical!
